Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Unworn, full price Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving for store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Please contact us by email at sales@monicahansenbeachwear.com or via the Live Chat app on the website or by phone at 424-600-8072 to get a return authorization code. 
  1. Sale Items may not be returned for any reason. 
  1. Items must be returned in new, unworn, original condition with all tpu fabric composition labels, size tags, and hang tags attached, and any sanitary stickers still in place. Returned items that are damaged, altered, soiled or have been worn will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. 
  1. Please include the Garment bag and packing slip when making your return, as well as the return authorization form indicating the reason for the return. 
  1. The address to send your return to is: Monica Hansen Beachwear at 4262 Blue Diamond Rd #102, PMB 360, Las Vegas, NV 89139. We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. Please provide us with the tracking number for your return once you have it. 
  1. Customer is responsible to insure return package and send back with a signature required to assure receipt of return. 
  1. Monica Hansen Beachwear is not responsible for any lost return packages that have not been insured or signed for. 
  1. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt at which time you will receive an electronic notification of your code to use when applying your store credit to future purchases. 
  1. No credits will be issued until after the original returned items have been received and verified as being unworn and having all tags, labels and stickers still attached. 
  1. If you would like to exchange for a different size, style or color, you must first send the returned item back to us and wait for your store credit to be issued and then use that to purchase the items that you would like to exchange for.
