I’ve just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply contact our Customer Care team.

 

I’m unable to place my order. What do I do?

If an error message keeps occurring in your checkout process, more often than not there is a credit card problem, or a defect with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. You can also try shopping from a new browser or using a different payment method such as PayPal. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please contact our Customer Care team.

 

Do you have a size chart?

We have a size guide for you to follow, but if you have specific questions about an item that are not already mentioned in the details section on each product please contact our Customer Care team.

 

Can I cancel my order without being charged?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received.

 

Where is my order? I have not received it yet?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.

For all orders, please allow 2-5 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive.

Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused during international custom’s processing.

 

The tracking number for my package isn’t showing any tracking updates. Where is it?

Tracking updates at times don’t reflect the exact location of your parcel . Please allow ample time for tracking to update as this may occur when the parcel reaches the delivery postal depot.

 

The tracking info for my package says it was delivered but I have not received it.

Please wait at least 1 day after the tracking says your package was delivered as the post office sometimes updates these things prematurely. If after 48 hours the package has still not arrived then you should contact the post office to file a claim, or if you purchased the Route shipping insurance at checkout then you should contact route and file a claim with them. MHB is not responsible for packages lost in transit after fixing them to the USPS or other carrier, nor is the company responsible for packages that are stolen after they have been delivered. The only way to protect against this and to guarantee that either a replacement suit will be sent or your money refunded in the event of a lost or stolen package is if you have added the route shipping insurance to your order.  

MHB is also not responsible for goods that are supposedly damaged while in the process of being shipped. All items are examined prior to shipment and photos are taken of each item beforehand to ensure the are no damages at the time of sending. The only way to guarantee that items do not become damaged while in the process of shipping is by adding Route shipping protection.

 

 

What if the item I am interested in is sold out in my size?

All current season items are restocked throughout the year. You can register for immediate email notifications of a restock on the product page of the item you are interested in.

 

Can I return a sale item?

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds available on sale items. All sale items are sold as final sale only. Please refer to our Returns Policy at our Returns and Exchanges page for further details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on international orders.

UPS International: 6-15 Business Days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs website for more information.

 

What is your return policy?

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.  If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.

Standard Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to MHB within 14 DAYS of your purchase date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. All items purchased on sale or as pre-order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Need to make a return?

All returns require pre-authorization. Please email sales@monicahansenbeachwear.com with your order information and what you're returning. 

Returns may take up to 10-12 business days to process from date of receipt at the warehouse. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email with your store credit code to use on future purchases.

All sale items are final sale.

 

How do I take care of my bikini?

It is best to treat swimwear like lingerie, which are maintained best if hand washed with a drop of mild soap in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Never wash your swimwear in the washer. Avoid getting oils and lotions as it can be destructive to your swimsuits. Due to the amount of chemicals in pools and jacuzzis, please wash your swimwear immediately after use.
